This yearโ€™s congress focuses on ๐ ๐ž๐ง๐ž๐ซ๐š๐ญ๐ข๐ฏ๐ž ๐€๐ˆ ๐š๐ง๐ ๐ข๐ง๐ญ๐ž๐ฅ๐ฅ๐ž๐œ๐ญ๐ฎ๐š๐ฅ ๐ฉ๐ซ๐จ๐ฉ๐ž๐ซ๐ญ๐ฒ. This perspective raises important questions about the implications of generative AI for traditional legal notions of ๐š๐ฎ๐ญ๐ก๐จ๐ซ๐ฌ๐ก๐ข๐ฉ, the ๐œ๐ซ๐ž๐š๐ญ๐จ๐ซ, and ๐ฉ๐ž๐ซ๐ฌ๐จ๐ง๐š๐ฅ๐ข๐ญ๐ฒ.
